Shipping Policy
Orders usually take 2-7 business days to process and ship. Please understand that we are a very small human-powered business and all fulfillment is done in-house. We will do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner.
Mother Origin does not guarantee the arrival time of shipments. Once we release packages to USPS or UPS, all responsibility of its safe and timely arrival is transferred to the shipping company.
If you receive an email stating the package was “delivered” but has yet to be received, you must contact your local USPS or shipping carrier, inquire about where it is, and speak to the postal worker who delivered it that day in your neighborhood. You may also want to speak with neighbors to see if your package was delivered to them by mistake. Then, you must file a reimbursement claim with USPS or UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any information or services regarding where your package is and we are not responsible for replacing a package that is lost or stolen once it has been scanned in your region and delivered.
